Exciting New Six Flags Ride Opening Memorial Day Weekend
A new season at Six Flags New England is starting up soon and there will be an exciting new ride for families to enjoy.
Clearly dinosaurs are having a major moment (or never really stopped having one), because Six Flags New England is the second area attraction to announce a brand new dinosaur experience.
Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence is opening their walk-through Dinosaurs Among Us event on April 7, but a few weeks after that Six Flags New England will let you ride among some dinosaurs all summer long.
So many dinosaurs, so little time.
Luckily, Six Flags New England's Dino Off Road Adventure it's just around for a few weeks. This is a brand, new park attraction here for the long haul and ready to entertain dinosaur lovers of all ages all season long.
The park announced that the ride's debut would be on Memorial Day Weekend 2023 and is a perfect park attraction for even the youngest of thrill seekers.
Riders hop into a two-person safari-style vehicle and head down the paved path lined with dozens of life-size dinosaurs, including a T-Rex of course.
Some of the dinos will have animatronic features, like moving eyes, heads and tails and some will also make realistic sounds as riders pas by.
There are also going to dinosaur-themed food options, a midway dinosaur photo op and while rider are waiting for their turn, the line features an interactive QR component to keep kids occupied. Genius.
Though the Six Flags New England 2023 season officially kicks off on April 7th, dinosaur fans will have to wait until Friday, May 26 to check out the new Dino Off Road Adventure.
