If you love EMO music and belting loud and proud in your car, then get ready to channel your inner rock star at The Vault.

On Friday, November 1, the Purchase Street venue will host a fresh and exciting karaoke event dubbed Emo Night Karaoke, offering a twist on the classic sing-along experience.

EMO Night Karaoke isn't your typical karaoke night. With a vast set-list of over 100 pop-punk and emo songs, attendees can choose from a wide array of beloved tracks from bands such as Just Surrender, Freshman 15, Weatherbox, Big D and the Kids Table, Jet Lag Gemini and more. What sets this event apart is that a live band featuring members from these iconic groups will back you as you take on lead vocals.

Prepare yourself for a full concert experience, complete with professional production and visuals. Sign-ups for performances are on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot. To ensure everyone stays on track, several TVs will display scrolling lyrics, and the band members will be on hand for backup vocals.

The Vault's new owner Michelle Pimentel shared her excitement about the event, saying, “We have a huge karaoke fan base in our city that needed to be touched upon. I had people bring this event up to me, and the perfect opportunity arose, where people can feel like a rock star and utilize our stage.”

The event is for people 21 and older with valid ID. There are no refunds or exchanges unless the concert is postponed or canceled. Additionally, smoking or vaping is not allowed in The Vault or in the bathrooms. Violators will be escorted off the premises and will forfeit their tickets.
