Fans of the Dropkick Murphys will be shipping up to Boston next year for an epic celebration.

Celebrate With Dropkick Murphys

The Boston-based Celtic punk band is inviting you to share in its 30th birthday party in none other than Beantown.

For the past three decades, the group has entertained the masses and its hit song "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" has become part of Boston sports culture, serving as the victory anthem for the Red Sox and the Bruins.

In addition to its trophy-winning teams, the city of Boston is known for its St. Patrick's Day shenanigans.

Next year, the Irish holiday has even more to celebrate as the Dropkick Murphys turn the big 3-0.

Their For the People...In the Pit Tour kicks off with a four-day event in Boston.

"We’ll turn down the volume and promise to wash out our mouths with soap if we swear…so you can bring the whole family," the band posted to its website.

Adults who purchase tickets are welcome to bring two children (ages 13 and under) along at no additional cost.

The best part is that proceeds from this family-centric show will go towards the band's Claddagh Fund, a charitable foundation that supports underfunded nonprofits in our communities.
