Dartmouth Police Arrest Another New Bedford Man for Allegedly Exposing Himself
Dartmouth Police have arrested another New Bedford man on charges of open and gross lewdness, less than a week after arresting a different city man on similar charges.
On Tuesday, February 15, Dartmouth Police arrested Noah Garris, 25, of New Bedford on a warrant associated with two incidents that occurred the day before, on Valentine’s Day, in which Garris allegedly exposing himself to two different women in two different retail parking lots in Dartmouth.
Police said that Garris was identified as the suspect after officers gathered statements and vehicle information, and also reviewed video footage.

Garris was arrested without incident outside of his home, police said.
“I applaud my patrol officers, detectives, and dispatchers for the quick identification and arrest of this sick individual,” said Dartmouth Police Chief Brian P. Levesque. “There is absolutely no place for this brazen and predatory behavior in our town, and I assure the citizens that I, along with every member of this department, will use every available resource to swiftly take individuals such as Garris out of circulation.”
It marks the second such arrest in six days, after Dartmouth Police arrested Jeremiah Moran, 34, of New Bedford on February 9 on charges he allegedly exposed himself to the fitting room staff of the H&M store in the Dartmouth Mall multiple times in incidents dating back to January.
