‘Club Fed’ Prison Stay Might Be Nice Break for Tired Working Moms

Actress Felicity Huffman reported to prison to start her two-week stint behind bars and I'm wondering if there are any overworked moms who feel this might be a chance to rest and rejuvenate?
This morning on the Rock and Fox Show we talked about the Desperate Housewives actress who started her jail time yesterday at a "Club Fed"-type prison in Dublin, California. This federal correctional institution is about 40 miles east of San Francisco, so not far from home for Felicity. She was sentenced to two weeks in prison for paying $15,000 to have her daughter's SAT scores boosted, her role in the college cheating scandal.

It looks like inmate #77806-112 will be confined to a 4x4 cell with the ability to mingle with the other inmates, shower once a day, she'll have 5 roll calls daily and will be able to purchase things like mascara, lipstick and moisturizer.

I'm sorry, but this doesn't sound so bad. Seriously. Call me crazy, but two weeks by myself where I don't know anyone sounds amazing. I maybe actually finish a book for the first time in about a year. Even with the five daily roll calls, I would probably still catch up and get more sleep in prison than I do right now.

Mingling with a new crowd of people for two weeks might be nice. I do shower every day but when I was a brand new mother, that may not have been the case. So the thought of a definite daily shower for some of you first-time moms probably sounds great, right? I wouldn't have my phone or internet for my Amazon Prime online shopping problem, but I'd still be able to purchase lip balm and lotion, so I'd be good.
