Chris Brown's bodyguard was found guilty this morning of assaulting a man outside of a Washington, D.C., hotel.
Chris Brown and his bodyguard both face charges of misdemeanor assault in the attack. The victim says he was trying to "photo bomb" a picture that Brown was taking with two women. Brown's bodyguard said the victim was trying to get onboard the tour bus.

The bodyguard's conviction could be bad news for Chris Brown, who himself goes on trial today for the same crime. He's denied hitting the man.

If Brown is convicted of assault, he faces a possible six months in jail and a $1,000 fine in Washington, D.C., but also could face probation problems in California dating back to his assault on Rihanna. According to ABC News, if prosecutors in LA find that he violated his probation in the Rihanna case, he could be headed to prison for 4 years.
