Cheers to the Newport Beer Festival Coming to Fort Adams State Park
Attention beer lovers, this one is for you.
After a short hiatus in 2021, the Newport Beer Festival returns for its tenth year on April 30 at Fort Adams State Park, with over forty craft brewers under one roof.
The Rhode Island Brewers Guild is the official brewery association in Rhode Island. Its sole purpose is to support and promote Rhode Island Craft Breweries. The Guild was founded in 2013, and since then, has advocated for the love of good beer and the people that make it.
“Formerly known as the Newport Craft Beer Festival, we’re bringing you the same festival you’ve grown to know and love over last decade, with just a few tweaks for our 10th event,” said the Guild.
This is one of those events that sell out quickly. When there are unlimited amounts of original, tasty adult beverages, it’s hard to pass up.
Festival Director, Taylor Votolato, told Newport Daily News, “The reactions have been just great and more than we could have expected. I think everyone is ready to get back out in the world and into events and get together, so the timing’s right.”
To make it even better for year ten, the event will be held at Fort Adams State Park instead of its usual location on the lawn of Great Friends Meeting House.
It’s an adult’s playground, with the best brewers in the state showcasing their latest products and bonding over the love of brews.
Tickets are on sale now for this rain or shine event.
