Not Much Of A Man Cave Guy

I have never really had a deep desire to have a man cave. It is not something I would turn down if my wife offered it to me, but I have never really felt strongly about it. To be honest, I prefer watching sports around other people, so the idea of tucking myself away in the basement has never been that appealing.

Why It Never Made Sense

Sure, you could invite friends over to watch a game, but unless it is a Patriots afternoon game, it can be tough for me to stay up late enough. Constant yawning is not exactly great hosting.

A Celtics Fan Cave That Changes Everything

I have to admit, though, when I saw a video of Chris Breen’s Celtics fan cave, it was hard not to feel a little jealous. The wild part is that Breen does not even live in New England. He does not even live in the United States. He has built one of the most over the top Celtics shrines I have ever seen, and it is located all the way in Ontario, Canada.

Inside The Ultimate Celtics Shrine

Championship banners hang from the ceiling, and countless Celtics photos cover the walls. Even the stairs leading down to the basement are painted green. Each step features one word in white, spelling out a message that welcomes visitors to the home of the eighteen time NBA champion Boston Celtics.

What Makes This Setup So Impressive

Along with a life size Larry Bird cardboard cutout, there is a massive projector style TV screen, plenty of seating with multiple couches, and a collection of Celtics jerseys, sneakers, and hats.

This might just be the best place in Canada to watch a Celtics game.
