Car Crashes into Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island Gate
ABC 6 is reporting that a high-speed car chase that began in Hopkinton, Rhode Island came to an end right outside of Taylor Swift's Watch Hill mansion in Westerly, Rhode Island.
Out of all of the homes in New England, this car full of teenaged boys somehow, someway crashed into the white wall surrounding Taylor Swift's mansion earlier this morning, then went out of control in the gate protecting her driveway.
The Westerly Sun reports that the boys were from Connecticut, and ended up getting into a high-speed chase with police at around one o'clock this morning. There doesn't seem to be any indication that there was any connection to Taylor Swift or that the boys had any idea that the home was Taylor Swift's property.
This is not the first bizarre incident to happen at Swift's Watch Hill property. Nearly six years ago, a 22-year-old Chicago man was arrested for trespassing after he decided to take a two o'clock in the morning swim up to the beach outside of Taylor Swift's home in Westerly. The man reportedly had second thoughts after seeing the pop star's security staked out outside of her house.
Big thank you to Alana Cerrone from ABC 6 for sharing the pictures.
