Christmas is coming and with it arrives an adventure straight out of a storybook. It's a real-life Polar Express train ride, just like the movie.

Imagine this: you and your family, snuggled up in your best Christmas PJs, ready to embark on a journey to the North Pole. You can't get any more Christmas spirit than that.

As the train whistles blow, signaling the start of an unforgettable ride, the magic of Christmas unfolds. Set against the enchanting sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, the train departs, filled with eager hearts and wide-eyed wonder. The adventure to the North Pole isn’t just a ride; it’s a round-trip into the heart of childhood dreams.

When boarding, each child receives a golden ticket, just like in the story. The train's cast, including conductors and dancing chefs, adds to the festivities. Their lively performances and the sounds of Christmas carols transform the ride into a rolling winter wonderland. During the ride, hot chocolate and Walker's Shortbread cookies will be served, adding a sweet touch to the journey.

The trip, orchestrated by the Cape Cod Central Railroad team, starts Nov. 24. Guests should arrive 45 minutes before departure at either the Hyannis or Buzzards Bay depots. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure and, yes, the train leaves right on time.
