Cape Cod Central Railroad is ready to fiesta with a brand new experience.
From the creators of the popular Polar Express Train Ride, the first annual Cinco de Mayo brunch train ride arrives at the station on May 5.
What Is the Cape Cod Central Railroad?
Cape Cod Central Railroad is a heritage, passenger railroad that operates primarily on 27 miles of former New Haven Railroad tracks on Cape Cod.
In 1848, the Boston & Sandwich Glass Company made freight service to the Cape necessary. The desire for passenger transportation followed soon after, and between 1854 and 1959, the line was owned and operated by the Cape Cod Railroad, the Old Colony Railroad, and the New Haven Railroad.

Nowadays, the Cape Cod Central Railroad offers an up close and personal experience with the hidden beauties of the Cape, from the woodlands and dunes to the cranberry bogs, salt marshes, and the infamous Cape Cod Canal.
The Cape Cod Dinner Train is a romantic, culinary experience, the Polar Express Train Ride brings holiday magic to life, and now, the Cinco de Mayo Brunch Train will offer the ultimate party with good food, good drinks, and stunning views.
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo Aboard the Cape Cod Central Railroad
The first annual Cinco de Mayo Brunch Train will depart from Hyannis at 11:30 am and take guests on a 2.5-hour journey through West Barnstable, Sandwich, and the Cape Cod Canal.
Chips, guac, and several “especial” drinks will be served, with entrée choices like Chilaquiles Roja, Mexican Shrimp Skillet, Pork Carnitas, and Black bean Chipotle Tostadas.
It's time to call up the amigos and make a reservation before this inaugural ride sells out.
