Buzz in Boston as Bill Belichick Departs From Logan
Bill Belichick was spotted at Boston Logan International Airport two days after his 72nd birthday just being a regular guy.
Observers saw the renowned coach wearing a characteristically relaxed ensemble on April 18 while seemingly on a Zoom call. He was business up top, with a sharp button-down shirt and vest, and a party down below with shorts and sneakers.
The eight-time Super Bowl winner is known to be a hard worker and he proved it as he sat waiting for a flight in a busy airport terminal.
When Belichick took a brief break from his tasks, WBSM personality Ken Pitman, seated nearby, told him, "Thanks for everything, Coach." Belichick responded with a quick nod and wave before diving back into his laptop.
Belichick's attire suggested he was headed for a warmer climate, which isn't a bad idea. He might be eager to get away for a bit amid what ESPN has called a "failed midseason job hunt." Headlines this week reported Patriots owner Robert Kraft warned the Atlanta Falcons not to trust Belichick during interviews.
