There were likely lots of families in attendance at last night's Red Sox game against the Tampa Bay Rays, but only one family made the news for their appearance.

While the Red Sox defeated the Rays 5-4 and continued an impressive eight-game winning streak, it was a few famous faces in the crowd that celebrity sites focused on.

Attention was drawn to this pair having a game night with their kids, probably because they have been divorced for seven years.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted front row wearing new 'Green Monster' hats, and joined by their children Seraphina and Samuel.

The team was also quick to post pictures of the pair on their socials and fans had mixed reactions to the family night.

Fans React to the Reunion

Some were not thrilled to see Ben and Jen together commenting things like "No!" and "Don't act like it's a date."

Other fans of the team were also clearly fans of this being a romantic reunion. Those comments included statements like "I love them together" and "The only Ben & Jen we will allow at Fenway!"

However the fans feel, this was likely not a sign that the couple are rekindling their romance. Affleck and Garner have remained friends throughout their separation and ultimately divorce and often spend time together with their kids.

Who Is Garner Dating Now?

Garner is also still reportedly dating businessman John Miller, whom she was just seen smooching at a charity event in June.

So while fans were excited and commentators had their takes too, this seems like a family game night and nothing more.

Perhaps more importantly, Ben, Jen and the entire Red Sox Nation got to watch a walk-off home run from Ceddanne Rafaela to win the game.
