B Mo’s Black Friday Survival Tips
Black Friday is an aggressive time and I'm here to help you survive the day.
Here's my top 5 Black Friday Tips:
Have A Plan
It's true, if you fail to plan then you've planned to fail. Know what you're looking for. Know where you're going to get it. If you're going to dive into the pure hell that is Black Friday then you need to at least be ready. It's MADNESS out there. Try to have a method to your madness. Map out your routes and know the stores you're heading into. Get in. Get out. That's the name of the game. It'll help keep you from getting caught in a war zone with Susan over the last Batman action figure.
Be Ready To Drop The Gloves
Let's be honest. You're probably going to end up in a war zone with Susan over the last Batman action figure. The question are you ready? I heard she's been training (she had a plan, see?!) Every now and then you're going to have to get a little down and dirty on Black Friday so make sure you're mentally prepared for that, or else they'll eat you alive!
Two Words - Active. Wear.
So I would't recommend going shirtless like the guy in the picture, but you get the idea. Black Friday is not the day to doll yourself up and go casual shopping. You pull out the sweatpants, running shoes and bust out a few pushups before you leave the house maybe... This you want to have full functionality today. The heels can stay in the closet today.
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
There's about a million quotes I could tell you about teamwork, but I'll save you the time... Just know if you show up with a Black Friday Crew, you WILL succeed. If you can all work together like a well-oiled machine then anything is possible. The more allies you have out there, the better.
Just Wait For Cyber Monday
In the grand scheme of things... why go through all the craziness when you can sit in your pj's at home with your feet up and a cup of coffee in just a few days. Think about it... go dive into the pit of misery (Dilly! Dilly!) or, relax and home? I think we know the answer here.
So my biggest Black Friday tip is basically.... don't do Black Friday!
