Ashley Boulevard New Bedford Dunkin Donuts Robbed

The Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Ashley Boulevard and Tarkiln Hill Road was robbed last night. The 18 year old victim says that a tall white man in his 20's with a scruffy beard came in and asked for a drink of water. Police say the kept his hand in his pocket and demanded money from the register. Fearing that he had a gun, the cashier handed over the money. Nobody was hurt

New Bedford Police say the suspect was wearing a dark grey hooded sweatshirt, a light colored baseball cap, white sneakers, and black running pants with red stripes. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detectives at 508-991-6300 ext. 320
