A Woman From Wareham Surprises A Local Homeless Guy

There are good people left in this world and Sofia Lorena is one of them.

If you think you have it tough, what if you had to beg for money every day in the frigid cold just to get by? Make you appreciate the little things that we sometimes take for granted, such as a roof over our head or warm dry clothes.

According to Fox 25 Boston, a homeless man named Glenn was showered with a generous donation from Sofia while panhandling Monday Afternoon on February 14th, 2016.

Sofia had just purchased a scratch ticket that won $200 and instead of cashing it in, She put Glenn up in a hotel locally in Wareham for the next two nights and is currently doing her best to house him longer by asking for donations.

Glenn's GoFundMe page is currently up to almost $4,000 out of the $5,000 goal.

Thanks to Sophia, Glenn's Luck was turned around on Valentines day of 2016.

There are still good people left in this world.
