5 Free Cape Cod Beaches this Summer

Way down on the lower cape and well worth the drive, this beach is gorgeous.  Pack the cooler and bring the kids (or not) and make a full day trip out of this, you'll be so happy you did.

If you don't love salt water and the ocean and are more of a fresh water type person, this is a very large and clean fresh water pond.

An absolutely beautiful site.  The beach is endless and the boardwalk has a breathtaking view, you've got to see it for yourself.

This is definitely a hidden little gem and cost nothing to park, put this at the top of your list for a lower cape visit this summer.

Orleans is one of my favorite towns on the Cape, it's got a ton a character with great little shops and fun spots for the kids to check it out.  And did I mention Rock Harbor Beach?!  Hit the beach then go to lunch at one of Orleans's yummy eateries!
