YARMOUTH - Yarmouth Police have tracked down and arrested a New Bedford man they say illegally recorded video of under women's skirts.

The incidents took place on Sunday, July 15th, at a women's clothing store in Yarmouth. The store's owner reported the incidents to police after seeing the man take 'upskirt' videos of several females, one of them a nine-year-old girl.

Yarmouth Police posted surveillance photos of the suspect on Facebook, and were able to identify the man as David Wong, 49, of Tinkham Street in New Bedford.

Wong was arrested at his home Thursday morning and is being held on $9,840 cash bail at the Yarmouth Police Department headquarters.

Wong is scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning in Barnstable District Court.

Wong is charged with two counts of secret video recording/electronic surveillance of sexual intimate parts (misdemeanor), and secret video recording/electronic surveillance of sexual intimate parts victim under 18 years of age (felony).
