Valedictorian Tears Up Approved Speech- See What He Says Instead

Roy Costner IV wrote a speech which had to be approved before he delivered it at graduation. But instead of delivering the approved speech, he torn it up and instead recited the Lord's Prayer. His speech was quickly drowned out by cheers from the crowd. Costner was reportedly protesting the school district's decision not to include prayers at this year's graduation ceremonies The school says he will not face disciplinary action.
