"The Shield" Actor Arrested On Suspicion Of Murder

WJAR News Channel 10 is reporting Michael Jace, best known for his role as LAPD Officer Julien Lowe in the TV series "The Shield" has been arrested on suspicion of murdering his wife.

Shots were reported last night around 830pm in the Hyde Park neighborhood, when police arrived, April Jace was found dead inside the couples home.

Michael was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of murder today. He is being held in a Los Angeles jail.

Michael and April have two children together and were married for 9 years. Their boys were reportedly home at the time of the shooting and have since been placed in protective custody.
