Teen With Terminal Cancer Leaves Behind Inspiring Legacy
In his last days, Zach Sobiech wanted to make sure that he left something behind. Something powerful, inspirational, and quite frankly awesome. This is his legacy.
If you ever needed proof that good people exist, look no further than this documentary. At the age of 14, Zach was diagnosed with a very rare terminal cancer. So what did he do? He wrote music, so much music.
You don't have to find out you're dying, to start living
- Zach Sobiech
We have all been touched by cancer in one way or another. Childhood cancer is one thing we wish we could erase from this world, but we can't. The kindness that was shown by Zach is remarkable. How does something like this happen? Why?
You can sit there and dwell on those thoughts, or you can do what Zach did. He faced his fear, he lived. If that is one thing you can take away from this, it's that you need to live. Zach died on May 20, 2013. What he left behind is incredible.
Rest in peace, Zach. You deserve it.
