The EPA says there is $73 million available to finish the cleanup of PCBs from New Bedford Harbor, and the work should be completed sometime next year.

The 40-year project to clean New Bedford harbor of cancer-causing chemicals is on track to wrap up in the next three years, after officials announced Tuesday a $73 million injection thanks to the federal infrastructure bill.
