Motorists saw a shirtless Rob Gronkowski on the side of I-93 today, but it's not what you think, ladies. One Mission, a childhood cancer foundation, recruited Gronk to join the cause this past summer, and the big oaf couldn't wait to help.

According to Boston.com, Gronkowski said, "When One Mission asked me to go shirtless in their campaign to get people to sign up for the Buzz Off for Kids with Cancer, I had my shirt off before they finished the question. I would do anything to help these kids."

One Mission's "Buzz Off for Kids" campaign works to help kids who lost their hair because of cancer treatments. So, I'm sure people won't mind seeing the New England Patriots Tight End shaved and shirtless on their way to work every day.

It's for a good cause after all.

The Pats and the One Mission usually hold the "Buzz Off for Kids"  event at Gillette Stadium each spring, and the next one will be June 7, 2015.
