Police Say New Bedford Teen Knocked Over Headstones

New Bedford police took a call from a neighbor of the Pine Grove Cemetery in the city's north end early Wednesday saying she saw someone knocking over headstones.

Officers found and questioned 18-year-old Devin Anthony Valentim of New Bedford, who they say admitted to knocking over two of the headstones. He is charged with four counts of malicious destruction of propery, as a total of four headstones had been knocked over.
