Plane Crash On Block Island

Minor injuries were reported following a Sunday afternoon plane crash on Block Island.

The crash occurred around 3 p.m. with three passengers on board.

ABC6 says that the crash caused the plane to burst into flames which, in turn, caused the fire to spread on the field.

A witness says it appears the plane clipped a fence as it was landing.

The incident is currently under investigation.
