Olivia Culpo: From Miss USA to Motherhood

Rhode Island's own Olivia Culpo is expecting. The former Miss USA and Miss Universe shared the excitement with an Instagram post.

She and husband, San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey, have been together since 2019, got engaged in 2023 and tied the knot the next year.

Culpo has had great success and memories in the area. From her time at St. Mary Academy - Bay View in Riverside, RI to her studies at Boston University, the Cranston native has had quite the ride over the past 13 years.

Culpo Wins Miss USA

She caught the eye of many when she captured the title of Miss USA in 2012. Her confidence as she rocked that purple dress was captivating.

Another Pageant, Another Title

With her Miss USA win, Culpo went on to compete for the world title. As she progressed in the competition, she answered an interview question where she recalled picking on her siblings.

Her family connection may have caught the attention of the judges as she was awarded the title of Miss Universe and took her walk with another (larger) crown.

Oliva Culpo and Nick Jonas

From 2013 to 2025, Olivia Culpo was half of a young Hollywood romance. She and Nick Jonas dated for a couple of years and with visits to Rhode Island and Culpo starring in Nick's music video, it seemed as though these young stars were happy together.

Culpo Hits the Big Screen

In 2014, Olivia had a cameo in The Other Woman, a film starring Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann and Kate Upton. That kicked off her IMDB credits, which now include others such as Amy Schumer's I Feel Pretty.

The former New England Patriot had the eye of Culpo from 2016 to 2018. The two broke up at times, reconciled and finally called it quits. This wasn't her first relationship with an NFLer, as she briefly dated Tim Tebow in 2015.

Culpo and McCaffrey Romance

Since Culpo and McCaffrey got together in 2019, the two have been spotted supporting one another at events, games and more.

Culpo Sisters Get TV Show on TLC

Culpo and two of her sisters starred in the appropriately named The Culpo Sisters on TLC in 2022. The show was described as: "Former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo and her sisters, Aurora and Sophia, take on social media stardom while dealing with relationship snafus, family mischief and constant advice from millions of followers."

Culpo and McCaffrey Tie the Knot

After a proposal in 2023, the two got married the following year at Ocean House in Rhode Island.

Prior to their one year anniversary, Culpo and McCaffrey have another milestone to celebrate: parenthood.
