Olivia Culpo Glows at Elaborate Baby Shower in Newport

It was a big weekend for Rhode Island native Olivia Culpo. First, the former Miss Universe was inducted into the Rhode Island Hall of Fame. Then, she spent the following day at the stunning Castle Hill Inn in Newport, Rhode Island for a baby shower that brought a touch of Paris to New England.

Culpo’s love of her home state has been on display as of late, between her extravagant Westerly wedding and her latest Hall of Fame accomplishment. Now, she can add “Parisian-themed baby shower” to the list of milestone moments spent in the Ocean State.

Olivia Culpo’s Baby Shower in Rhode Island

Castle Hill Inn was the stunning backdrop to a perfect celebration. Culpo’s NFL hubby, Christian McCaffrey, was joined by friends and family to shower Culpo with love amidst the most meticulously decorated baby shower I’ve seen.

Vogue shared the details from the special day and highlighted the attention to detail that planner Lisa Vorce and creative director Lucio Andreozzi gave to the celebration.

“The scene was set from the moment guests walked onto the iconic hotel’s grounds, where a vintage Piaggio Ape—outfitted with espresso martinis and iced latte taps that said, ‘Bébé McCaffrey’—stood right outside a classic white tent,” said the magazine.

The pictures, while stunning, can’t possibly serve the day justice. Long, white Tuscan tables adorned with roses, hydrangeas, and eucalyptus waited inside. Extravagant chandeliers fixed with floral baby mobiles hung above, and a picture-perfect nursery was thoughtfully displayed.

“Baby shower of my dreams,” said Culpo to her millions of online followers. “Best surprise ever.”
