North Fairhaven Lights Up Benoit Square Christmas Tree

The North Fairhaven Improvement Society hosted their annual Christmas Tree Lighting Friday night at Benoit Square.  Wood School students poured out of the Oxford School after their craft fair was over just as the tree lighting was beginning.  The crowd sang Christmas carols, and the night was capped off by a visit from Santa Claus, who arrived on a Fairhaven fire truck.
