New Stores Coming to SouthCoast Marketplace in Fall River

Last Spring, we heard preliminary plans for what was once the New Harbor Mall. This Spring, we know the first stores opening in what will soon be the SouthCoast Marketplace shopping center. 

PetSmart, 110 Grill and Market Basket are the first retail and dining stores set to open in the SouthCoast Marketplace. In addition to the grocery chain and pet store, SouthCoast Marketplace will be home to a state-of-the-art movie theater.

According to the CEA Group, who is in charge of the major overhaul, the new plaza will be open before the end of 2017.
