New Bedford’s Café Bon Will Take Your Taste Buds for a Tasty Ride [PHOTOS]
There's nothing better than discovering a small business with big flavor.
Café Bon is officially the first restaurant to take over Fun 107's new kitchen area by cooking up some of their signature breakfast and lunch items.
Brand new to New Bedford, Café Bon is located at 218 Rockdale Avenue, right up the street from McDonald's. Made up of a team of three – Kathy, William and Kacie – Café Bon offers a chef-inspired menu along with café classics.
From seasonal breakfast bowls to cinnamon crunch pancakes, house-made B.L.T.s to signature salads and burgers, Café Bon has figured out the keys to tasty cuisine.
"We will have rotating seasonal offerings and take advantage of locally sourced ingredients to bring the most well-rounded flavor profile to each of our dishes." -Cafe' Bon
Chef William utilizes his holistic background in the food service industry to infuse each traditional Japanese dish with the flair of modern and French cuisine.
I will tell you this, Café Bon was not joking when they told us they were cooking up some tasty treats. Here's the tip of the menu's iceberg we enjoyed:
