New Bedford Preservation Society’s Annual Holiday House Tour is Coming
Halloween has come and gone and for many that means focusing in on Christmas. And this classic holiday happening in New Bedford will be here before you know it.
It's early November, but plenty of homes in New Bedford are planning for Christmas time and the 27th Annual Holiday House Tour.
The New Bedford Preservation Society plans this event year after year and the local historic homes never disappoint visitors.
This year you can capture the holiday spirit in these local homes on Saturday December 15th from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday December 16th from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Starting points for both tours will be the Wamsutta Club at 427 County Street. And once you are there, they'll have a holiday raffle and silent auction during the tours hours as well.
Or you can just check out all of these amazing homes decorated for the holidays.
Whether you are into the architecture and interiors or just enjoy beautiful and tasteful holiday displays, this is the tour for you.
And for a little more Christmas cheer, there will be costumed historic interpreters greeting visitors at each home and giving you a little bit of history to go with your holiday.
