For a cool $39 million, a former private beach club on Nantucket could be your own private residence. And the privacy you'll get living here is unbelievable.

Built back in the 1930s as the Cliff Beach resort compound, the .94-acre property at 41 Jefferson Ave. on Nantucket is on the market for the first time since the 1940s and has been renovated over the years to become a stunning single-family home surrounded by several rental properties.

Listing agent Allison Mazer of Compass spoke to Mansion Global before the property hit the market, telling the real estate website that the resort has had a major overhaul in the last eight years, including the construction of the main house.

Seems the main building features four separate units with one to three bedrooms, marble kitchens and amazing waterfront views. There are also two one-bedroom cottages not connected to the main house, one completely renovated and one recently built.

Everything inside this property looks open, beachy and incredibly inviting. And it could be home to a single family or it could become a brand new resort.

Mazer also mentions that the property is a rare residential/commercial zoned property, the only one on Nantucket's entire North Shore to be exact. So this could be a prime location for a new upscale private club, a luxury bed-and-breakfast or maybe a new Kardashian vacation compound, where everyone in the extended family has a unit to call their own.

The possibilities are endless for those with the cash to snap it up -- $39 million definitely puts it way out of my price range, but the photos sure are nice to look at.
