Who Keeps Sending Me Secret Gifts at the Radio Station?
We all love getting gifts, and I'm not complaining, but I keep getting Amazon packages delivered to the radio station that I didn't order.
It started months ago when I got a random package delivered from Amazon that had some Halloween masks in it. I usually don't get packages addressed to me at the radio station, unless they are promotional items like concert tickets or swag from record labels to give to our listeners. My original thought was that this was from an artist, but I couldn't connect the mask to any artist.
Weeks went by, and I put it behind me and didn't think of it again – until today, when I received two packages. One with cologne and the other with a large bottle of lotion and some bracelets. Interesting, right?
I know what you're thinking: Jackson, did you create an Amazon Wish List so people are able to purchase items for you? The answer is no. I double checked my Amazon account, and I don't even have the radio station address as a choice to send packages to, never mind a wish list.

What Is an Amazon Brushing Scam?
I know the address to our radio station is public, but being addressed to my "government" name and not my radio name has me a bit creeped out.
A friend did tell me that there is an Amazon scam going around called "brushing", which could be understandable if they hadn't used my birth name and not my radio name (I know, I'm ruining the radio magic).
Should You Be Concerned About Unordered Deliveries?
Should I be weirded out? How do I figure out who is sending this stuff? Do I have an admirer? A secret Sugar Momma or Daddy? If so, speak up or at least ask me to create an Amazon Wishlist with stuff I want or need.
I guess I should at least thank you for the gifts.
What would you do? Next time I get a package, I'm going to do an unboxing live on my social media, just in case.
Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? I mean, I don't want to stop getting gifts, as long as they are appropriate.
