Meet Miranda, the Six-Year-Old Coonhound Mix [CAUSE FOR PAWS]
Miranda, the six-year-old Coonhound mix, is available for adoption from Lighthouse Animal Shelter in New Bedford.
Despite my age, I still have spunk! I love to play with other dogs in the yard and I am a silly, goofy girl who will always keep you laughing. When I am excited or really happy I will do zoomies! It is the cutest thing. I also really loves toys. I am crate trained and house trained. I am affectionate and cuddly with people and I am good with cats. I can not be placed in a home with young children. I will be just fine passing children in public when out and about on walks, but I shouldn't share space with them. The volunteers at Lighthouse can explain it better than I can - I'm just a silly hound!
Please contact the Lighthouse Animal Shelter for more information on Miranda. You can also start the adoption process online or schedule a time to meet him. Please send inquiries to lighthouseanimalshelter@gmail.com or call (508) 999-7387. View all dogs/cats for adoption at www.lighthouseanimalshelter.org.
ABOUT OUR PARTNERS
Lighthouse Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization that works to promote the welfare of animals at risk of euthanasia. In addition, we work with the community to maximize efforts in reducing pet overpopulation. We rescue all of our dogs from high-kill shelters down south (the majority being from Kentucky, South Carolina, and North Carolina) and transport them to our shelter for adoption. The adoption fee for all dogs is $375. This helps cover the cost of medical care received. All dogs are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
