The Walking Dead: Dead City

Based on the Walking Dead characters, Maggie and Negan, The Walking Dead: Dead City follows them traveling into a post-apocalyptic Manhattan long ago cut off from the mainland. The city is filled with the dead and denizens who have made New York City their own world.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Lauren Cohan, and Gaius Charles star in the horror drama, and if you have been captivated by the Walking Dead franchise, here is your chance to join the team.

'Dead City' Wants You

Kendall Cooper Casting is seeking Massachusetts locals to work as extras on season 2 of Walking Dead: Dead City. Filming will take place in Boston and the surrounding areas in Massachusetts from April to July.

“The casting team is looking for people of all ages and ethnicities local to the Boston area to portray walkers, soldiers, post-apocalyptic survivors, and various other extra roles throughout the season,” said Kendall Cooper Casting. “Specifically seeking athletes and people with military or law enforcement experience to play soldiers.”

People with “weathered faces” and tall, thin people with flexible schedules are encouraged to apply.

Important Details

Filming will take place Monday through Friday and filming will typically be a 12-hour or more commitment each day. While some roles will only require a few hours each day of work, others will be recurring throughout the season.

All extra work and fittings are paid, and you must be a Massachusetts local.
