A family favorite is returning to Fall River this weekend.

Not sure what to do with the kids this Saturday? How about taking them to the Seventh Annual Kids-A-Palooza in downtown Fall River.

The event is full of activities that will keep the kids entertained and engaged from noon to 4 p.m. and is all totally free.

There really is something for every kid too.

Arts and crafts, games, open playtime and even story time on the lawn of the Fall River Library with a visit from Pete the Cat.

There's also a petting zoo in from of Government Center (that would be the must see for my daughter for sure) and even a Ninja Warrior event provided by AMP Academy at People Incorporated (I wish my daughter would be into that one).

Not to mention free pizza donated by Seth Hockert-Lotz’s Downtown Dominos.

There is seriously something every kid likes happening at this one.

The weather looks great for all this family fun too. Sunny skies with highs in the low 60s, perfect sweater weather for walking around downtown Fall River.

And be prepared to do a bit of walking. Activities are from People Incorporated at 4 South Main Street and around City Hall plus around the Fall River Library and Fall River RE-Creation with stations between as well.

Lots of walking, lots of activities and lots of sunshine all can add up to a fun day sure to tire out your kids for a peaceful night.

That would be my dream anyway.
