
Watch Jennifer Garner Pick Up a New Hobby While on Nantucket
A celebrity sighting on Nantucket has heads turning as an A-lister stepped back in time with an ancient craft.
Jennifer Garner is no stranger to the island. She's been getting acclimated over the past few months for Peacock's upcoming miniseries The Five-Star Weekend.
"Everyone on Nantucket has been so welcoming," Garner posted on Instagram.

The series, based on a popular novel by Elin Hilderbrand, will film various scenes in both Nantucket and Los Angeles.
Weaving With Garner
In her downtime, Garner has been spending time exploring the island, even picking up an old pastime: weaving.
"It's the looming life for me," Garner said while sitting at the loom. She posted about her experience at Nantucket Looms, a local business that celebrates the beauty and simplicity of life on the island.

"This would be called the seven-year scarf," Garner said, poking fun at her pace creating the work of art. The store has been creating handmade pieces since 1968.

Concentration and Creation
"This is the kind of thing that makes you stick your tongue out in concentration," Garner added. She was in the zone, tackling the loom with precision and vigor.
"I've been known by Farmer Jen and now I'm Weaver Jen," she said. The star is a whiz in the kitchen, sharing her recipes and attempts on social media.
Garner was all smiles at Nantucket Looms. "I truly don't wanna leave," she said after finishing.
She exited the store with a scarf and a hug from the staff.
