Story Land in New Hampshire Bringing Back Two Classic Rides in 2026

It may not seem like it but the holidays can be a great time to think about all the amazing amusement parks that exist in New England.

Many of those amusement parks use the holidays to kick off sales for their season passes for the new year's summer. Usually they come at a steep discount.

That's exactly what Story Land in Glen, New Hampshire, is doing to close out 2025. They've got  big Black Friday season pass deals going on now.

And to entice some frequent visitors to return again and again in 2026, Story Land also made another exciting announcement.

Story Land is Bringing Back The Beloved Turtle Twirl Attraction For 2026

As amusement parks grow and evolve, older attractions sometimes are reimagined or removed to make way for something new.

That was the case for the beloved Turtle Twirl ride.

It has been a staple of Story Land since its debut in 1996 but was removed in 2024 to make way for the all-new Moo Lagoon.

Story Land heard the cries for Turtle Twirl to return and it will do so. Albeit, in a new location at the park.

Story Land is Also Bringing Back The Crazy Barn Attraction For 2026

While Turtle Twirl was considered to be the fastest spinning ride at Story Land, another ride that takes guests for a spin is also returning in 2026.

That would be Crazy Barn, where riders are jettisoned into the air inside a barn that spins all around. Crazy Barn is set to return to its previous location inside the park.
