Each one of us has something that if we lose it, it brings us to our knees until we find it. For some of us, it's our cell phone, a wallet– or our Chapstick.

Now hear me out. Hopefully, you relate to me when it comes to losing your Chapstick, but it's even more tragic when you lose your Burt's Bees. It's my little piece of heaven for my lips, especially during the colder months.

I go and get a bunch of the Burt's Bees Lip Balm (the original peppermint kind) and make sure that every aspect of my day, I have one handy. One in my laptop bag, one in my travel bag, one in the car, and sometimes I'll even make sure one is on my nightstand. These little tubes of amazing lip-smacking goodness have come in very handy.

So when I can't find any at all, I freak out. I actually think it may be an addiction. As you can imagine, I went from having four-plus sticks of the good stuff to none in a matter of days. It just can't be possible. I looked for this magic lip balm for almost a half-hour and couldn't find a single tube.

My need for the Burt's Bees was so dire, I drove immediately to the store and purchased a few tubes to get me through until Amazon could deliver.

There is no way I'm alone on this, am I? It happens almost twice a year and then I find myself finding them randomly and end up with over a dozen of them at one time. It's the most bizarre thing.
