There's a new Hotspot in New Bedford for 'Pokemon Go' Players and it's attracting groups of people by the hundreds.

The new craze and video game phenomenon 'Pokemon Go' is here and doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. The app is so popular that Google Maps and Nintendo are having trouble keeping up with their servers due to the overflow of gamers.

For the past couple of weeks, hundreds and hundreds of local people from all around the Southcoast have flocked to and gathered around Fort Phoenix where gamers have reported an abundance amount of Pokemon findings and rare catches.

The fact of the matter is how exactly the game works. If there are a large group of people in one area at a time, then you're more likely to attract more Pokemon. There are multiple ways to attract them by using 'Lure Modules' and 'Incense' that will increase chances of collecting and improving your profile.
