As Day 3 of Holiday Wish came to an end, another local family was sent home knowing that Christmas was back on this year.

Bobby Sylvia, Michelle and their three kids Jordan, Layla and Gabby were gifted with something money can't buy this morning- a second chance.

Through the gracious donations from our listeners and advertisers, it was another successful day in the books:

  • Listener Carlos Botelho donated $100.
  • The owner of Turk's Seafood donated his third pair of Celtics tickets to auction off for a solid $400 raised.
  • Mosquito Squad gave the Sylvias a free mosquito spraying for 2020 as well as $500.
  • Paul Chaisson Interior Design donated $500 to help with back rent.
  • Couto Construction offered Bobby a job in the construction field.

Again, to all the listeners who texted in and donated money, even the smallest amount has made a huge difference and that's the true meaning of Christmas.

All together, Bobby, Michelle, and the kids received an estimated $2,000 going into the holiday season.
