Harpoon and Dunkin Are Brewing Up Something Good
A new, tasty partnership is brewing in New England.
The folks at Harpoon Brewery and Dunkin Donuts are getting together for the creation of Harpoon Dunkin Coffee Porter.
The label for the new brew was just approved by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau and says the beverage will contain 6% ABV.
The porter will actually be brewed using Dunkin coffee beans and Harpoon plans to make it in 12 oz bottles and cans.
Other than that they are telling us nothing!
As Chris Bonacci, Harpoon’s vice president of marketing told beardandbrewed.com,
Dunkin’ Donuts and Harpoon can confirm that something exciting for fans is brewing, but you’ll have to stay tuned for more details this fall – we promise it’ll be worth the wait,
I definitely believe them. And if the last brewery partnership Dunkin was a part of is any indication, you can believe them too. Last winter the coffee chain teamed up with Worcester's Wormtown Brewery for a DDark Roasted Brew that was a huge hit.
So stay tuned for when the latest Dunkin beer makes it's debut this fall.
