Have winter wear you can donate? Fall River now has a pop-up shop for that. Viva Fall River is hosting a Winter Accessories Drive all November with the goal of collecting 100 pieces of warm winter wear.

Cooler fall days are great for cleaning out one's closets and if that is how you spend some time this month, Viva Fall River is hoping you'll bring them any winter accessories you clear out.

The Viva Pop-Up Shop on South Main Street in Fall River is already a great space for showcasing Fall River's talented artists and providing a space for all residents to get creative. This November is also a time for people to give back and support the United Way of Greater Fall River's 2022 Coat Drive.

The drive is looking to collect hats, scarves, gloves and socks (new socks only please) to help provide those in need items to stay warm this winter. Of course, the United Way itself is also looking for coat donations for the winter, but those should be donated directly to the United Way of Greater Fall River.

Viva Fall River is offering a perk for those who donate -- 10% off your entire purchase at the Viva Pop-Up Shop the day you donate.

Here's when you can drop off your winter accessory donations: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday in November from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Thursday and Friday in November from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Viva Pop-Up Shop is closed on Sunday and Monday.
