Festive Things To Do In New Bedford This Weekend
It's the season for festive fun and here are a few things you can do in New Bedford this weekend to get in the holiday spirit.

A New England Nutcracker
The New Bedford Youth Ballet will perform this classic ballet with a local twist at the NBB Community Theatre on Purchase St this weekend.
This adaptation is set in New Bedford's historic whaling era of the 1850s, but still features the traditional Tchaikovsky score.
Catch shows Friday at 6:30 and 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 1:30 and 3 p.m.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for seniors, students and children.

New Bedford Preservation Society's 26th Annual Holiday House Tour
Love looking at historic houses all dressed up for the holidays? Then this is the event for you!
On Saturday from 4-8 p.m. and Sunday from 1-5 p.m. you can enjoy the beautifully restored homes in New Bedford's historic neighborhoods.
Several homes will welcome those with tour tickets who want to check out the classic architecture and seasonal decorations.
Tickets are $25 day of the event ($22 in advance) and tours kick off at the Wamsutta Club on County Street.

A Concord Christmas
Enjoy seasonal sounds at the Grace Episcopal Church this Saturday and Sunday.
The Seaglass Theater performs music inspired by Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women.
There'll be traditional carols as well as selections from Vivaldi’s Gloria and Handel’s Messiah Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.
Tickets are $20 in advance online and $25 at the door.
