We got a visit this morning from Yorgan De Castro, who just got signed as the UFC's newest fighter. De Castro is scheduled for his first fight in October. The match will take place in Australia.

It was incredible to us just how extremely nice and likable the 32-year-old De Castro was when he visited our studio. We asked him how he could be so gentle to people in the real world, then flick a switch and become so savage in the ring.

"It's all business," De Castro said with a smile.

Born in Cape Verde, De Castro is training at Regiment Training Center in Fall River.

On the first episode of this season’s Dana White's Contender Series, De Castro had a successful night in Las Vegas after a dominant KO victory in the first round. With a professional MMA record of 4-0, White awarded him a contract, granting him a spot on the UFC's roster.

This morning, The Rock and Fox Show had a challenge for De Castro: we wanted to know which one of us punched the hardest. You might be surprised to find out who the UFC fighter said packed the biggest punch.

Best of luck to the SUPER NICE Yorgan De Castro. We'll be watching his pay-per-view fight in October!
