Fall River Store Sells Million-Dollar Lottery Winner

FALL RIVER — A Fall River convenience store has sold a million-dollar-winning scratch ticket.

Sunny Hill Mini Mart, located at 2632 South Main Street, recently sold a "200X" scratch ticket to Robert Lawrence, Jr. of Middletown, Rhode Island. The ticket was a $1 million winner, and Lawrence chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000, minus tax withholdings.

The store, meanwhile, gets a $10,000 bonus for its sale.
