What’s cuter than a costume parade?

A costume parade that's dedicated to dogs.

Friends of Forever Paws Animal Shelter is hosting its Paws on Parade 5K on Sunday, September 15th at Quequechen River Trail to benefit Forever Paws and everything they do for local animals in need.

Tell your pup it’s time to find a costume because they have a parade to join!

Registration for the walk takes place at 9:30 am and the walk will begin at 10 am. The walk will be followed by a fashion show, so don’t forget to go all out with a fun costume.

Prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed pups.

A professional photographer will be on site to capture the best moments and every walker will receive a t-shirt.

The best part? Every dog will receive a pup cup. Let’s face it, they deserve it.

Walkers are asked to pledge a minimum of $50 to join and all donations are welcomed.

“Every little bit helps out furry friends at Forever Paws,” said the shelter.

A food cart will be on site serving refreshments.

Without the help of local shelters like Forever Paws, hundreds of animals would suffer. With helpful donations from the community, Forever Paws can continue its mission of giving animals “the gift of time.”

Pledge and register online to join Paws on Parade on Sunday, September 15th in Fall River.
