Mrs. Angela Greene is a Kindergarten teacher at Frank Silvia School in Fall River, and thanks to her effort of going above and beyond for her students, she is March's Teacher of the Month.

Here's what some of the parents had to say about their children's teacher:

"Mrs. Greene has made kindergarten a breeze! My daughter Alivia (age 5) enjoys going to school every morning and spending her days with Mrs. Greene! She goes above and beyond for her students and is always keeping the parents/guardians in the loop, with updates on the week and even pictures of the class hard at work! Alivia is my first baby going to public school, so of course I was nervous just like any parent but with Mrs. Greene as her teacher I have no worries! Just in the month of my daughter being in her class they have built such a relationship that I love! We are very thankful for Mrs. Greene for all she does! Please consider this amazing teacher for teacher of the month. She deserves it!

Mrs. Greene has been amazing teacher. My daughter was very anxious about starting school and we had a few rough weeks but Mrs. Greene has been amazing she even came outside of the school to bring my daughter in. My daughter is so happy to go to school and loves her teacher."

Congratulations to Mrs. Greene for being Fun 107's SouthCoast Teacher of the Month. As the winner of this month’s award, she will receive a $200 Amazon gift card so she can continue to make her classroom a fun place to learn for all students.

A special thank you to our sponsors A&M Driving School, McDonald’s, Bay State Gymnastics Academy, First Citizens Federal Credit Union, and Prima Care for helping to make this classroom even better.

Do you have a special teacher in your life? Nominate them and they could be our next Teacher of the Month!
