Viva Fall River will host an outdoor job fair along South Main Street in Downtown Fall River on Monday, October 18 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Multiple businesses will open their doors and host tables on the sidewalks along South Main Street to answer questions and accept applications for immediately open positions. Participating businesses currently include Rob Roy Academy, TJ's Music, J Beauty Spa, and Fall River Pawnbrokers, but more are expected to officially sign on in the coming days. A full list of participating businesses will be available on the Facebook event page and on the Viva Fall River website.

“Viva Fall River works diligently on initiatives that spur revitalization efforts in Fall River, with a particular focus on the Downtown District,” Patti Rego, District Director of Viva Fall River said. “The widespread challenge of staffing is an obstacle to the business community’s success, and we have created this job fair opportunity to meet the critical need that these Downtown businesses share.”
