Fall River Fire Displaces Tenants and Leaves Apartment Damage
FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A Fall River fire that occurred early Sunday morning at an apartment displaced four tenants.
The Fall River Fire Department was dispatched to a two-family apartment at 1543 Slade Street at approximately 4 a.m.
According to reports, the fire was extinguished at 4:45 a.m. with no injuries reported.

The house suffered moderate damage to the second floor and attic, with water damage to the first floor. The fire resulted in over $50,000 in total injuries, authorities said.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
